Luke Dolkas has been creating art since 1995 and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art from Portland State University in 1999. Hew has studied art extensively in Italy, as well as France and Greece. He has explored drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, and assemblage, but his primary oeuvre of work is his mixed media collage, where paint and paper meet. He currently works from his art studio inside his frame shop on 2715 SE Ash St. in Portland, Oregon, where he hosts occasional open studio events.
